The G923's standout feature is its TRUEFORCE force feedback technology. Unlike traditional rumble motors, TRUEFORCE is a high-definition force feedback system that uses a dual-motor force feedback mechanism to deliver precise and nuanced feedback. It can simulate a wide range of forces and sensations, allowing you to feel every bump, curb, and tire slip, resulting in a highly immersive driving experience.
Compatibility
The G923 is compatible with multiple gaming platforms, making it versatile for gamers. It supports PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Additionally, it's compatible with some PlayStation 5 games, offering flexibility in gaming setups.
Responsive Pedals
The pedal set that comes with the G923 is known for its responsiveness and realism. The brake pedal, in particular, uses a progressive design, requiring different levels of pressure for precise braking, similar to real cars. This adds to the authenticity of the driving experience.
Materials and Build Quality
Logitech has invested in the build quality of the G923. The wheel features hand-stitched leather, providing a comfortable and premium feel in your hands. The materials used in the construction are durable and built to withstand long gaming sessions.
Customizable Controls
The G923 offers programmable buttons and a D-pad on the wheel, allowing you to customize controls to your liking. This flexibility is helpful for fine-tuning your experience in different racing games.
LED Rev Indicator Lights
The integrated LED lights on the G923 wheel serve as a rev indicator, giving you visual cues about your car's engine RPM range. This feature adds an extra layer of immersion, especially in games where managing engine revs is critical.
Wide Game Compatibility
The G923 is compatible with a broad selection of popular racing games, including titles like "Gran Turismo," "Forza Motorsport," "iRacing," and more. Logitech provides profiles and presets for some of these games to optimize the force feedback experience.
Mounting Options
The racing wheel includes built-in clamps and mounting points, making it easy to secure to various surfaces, such as a racing cockpit, desk, or table. This ensures stability during intense gaming sessions.
Community and Support
Logitech has an active community of racing enthusiasts and provides regular updates and firmware enhancements to improve the G923's performance and compatibility with new titles.

Assetto Corsa is a wonderful simulation program with hundreds of cars, mods to add. Sometimes a mod or a car that is not perfect can cause the program to malfunction or even crash.
What to do?
Very simple.
Follow this path:
Open STEAM with a click on the icon
Click on Library
Right-click on the Assetto Corsa icon
Click Properties
click LOCAL FILES
click Verify Integrity of Game Cache...

RBS 1.13 darkyjoe (Real Billboards & Stuff) new Winter Monza 1.0 and Autumn Nords 1.1 by JW modding 1.13
A Mod with 3 mods!
Real Billboards & Stuff. Replaces all Kunos billboards in the tracks with real ones
Autumn Nords 1.1 Modify the season in the tracks, turning it into a cold and frozen autumn
Winter Monza 1.0 As above, but more detailed only for Monza
Another Mod for Assetto Corsa , a "must have" because you will get all the billboards and track signs exactly as they are in real life.In Assetto Corsa, Kunos has done an excellent job modifying the billboards and replacing the originals in many places with Kunos branding and Assetto Corsa branding which, by the way, are nice to see.
The goal of every driver, however, is to simulate reality as closely as possible and so this Mod offers us a great help because it has modified the graphics of the simulator by restoring the original advertising.
And not just that, it has modified the marshals, the kerbs and so much stuff that it is better to read it here where you can download this very useful Mod.
The zipped file take up 383Mb and, after downloading it, I explain how to install it in an easy way and without going through Content Manager.
You have simply to unzip it in the Assetto Corsa directory, but be careful, not the one you find in My Documents, because it would not work there, but in STEAM.
Double click on the zipped file:
Open WinRAR or any other program that unzips the program
Click "Extract to".
Search for and click on the STEAM folder
Double click on steamapps so that the path opens up
Double click on common so that the path opens up
Double click on assettocorsa where the package will be installed by pressing OK.
The WinRAR job is done.
Now we look for the folder RBS 1.13 - Autumn nords - Winter Monza by JW modding inside which we will find a program that will allow us to select the various environments.
In practice we redo the path that we did to install the zipped file, then:
Click the STEAM folder then double click on steamapps so that it opens the path
Double click on common so that the path opens up
Double click on the assettocorsa so that the path opens up.
and here is the folder we are interested in RBS 1.13 - Autumn nords - Winter Monza by JW modding .
Double click on RBS 1.13 - Autumn nords - Winter Monza by JW modding where there are six files
What we are interested in is the file JSGME.exe, which gives us a choice of 3 settings:
Autumn Nords 1.1
Real Billboards & Stuff 1.13
Winter Monza 1.0
Then click on JSGME.exe and allow the computer to open the application
Select with a click the scenery you want to activate in Assetto Corsa,
e.g. Real Billboards & Stuff 1.13, click on the > sign
and the scenery will switch to the Activated Mode window in a couple of minutes, depending on the speed of the computer.
If you do not want any further changes, close with Close
If you want to restore the original Assetto Corsa environment, just do the procedure in reverse, clicking on the environment in the Activated Mode window, then on the < sign and in a few minutes the original environment will be restored.
Now to the practical part. Assetto Corsa's appearance changes, and how! Much more realistic.
Here are a few examples:

As you can see, the details are much more realistic, especially the billboards, kerbs, steps, ambulances etc.
Tracks become slippery, the car harder to hold in turns, and hard braking takes the car directly off the track. A good driving school on icy roads.
UNINSTALL
To uninstall the 3 Mods completely or only one just open the Assetto Corsa folder in STEAM (not in Documents), run the JSGME.exe program and move in the right window the Mods you want to deactivate:

The zipped installation file takes up only 3.5 Mb and, after downloading it, just move it to Content Manager (page with Drive highlighted) with a drag&drop. Content Manager will take care of putting the folders and files where they belong.
In Content Manager you can find it in SETTINGS
All options appear.

A car that still drives with great pleasure, responsive. A great job was done on the shock dampers. The gears have a very realistic progression and in particular the over-revving from 5,900 rpm to 8,000 rpm is a pleasure to feel. At the time, the instruments were rather scarce and therefore we find an oil pressure gauge with a pointer that follows the engine revs, accelerations and decelerations, the fuel gauge and the water temperature gauge.
Very springy in the turns, you can feel the front end rising under acceleration and dropping under braking.
At high speeds in the straights, the car tends to be slightly unstable and you need to correct a lot with the steering wheel. And as for the degrees of the steering wheel, i.e. the steering lock, since the different cars in the simulator have different degrees of steering, I reduced it to 450° and, at least for me, it seems more adherent to reality, but this also depends on the steering wheels.
Brakes
Here too a very good job has been done. In the setup it is advisable to decrease the value of Brake power from 100% to at least 90%, otherwise at the first sudden braking, quickly downshifting gears, you end up off the track if you are not experienced drivers.

Interiors
Well-designed, here the work has been done well, with care and attention, but I have to say that the interior of the simulated cars always leaves something to be desired. We expect a reality that is hard to come by for two basic reasons. A very accurate design would weigh too much on the total model so the car might cause some problems of slow execution on slow computers. The other reason has to do with the time and obviously cost of execution: the more detail there is, the more hours are spent on drawing accurately. So, even if I agree that a more realistic dashboard enhances the simulator and increases reality and fun, I have to admit that you have to be content and pay more attention to the exterior.
FOV
The steering wheel hides the on-board instruments so you need to change the view, from this way:
to this way.
Sound
Excellent realism, everything you hear is extremely close to reality and sounds real. Listen carefully, between 6,900 and 7,500 rpm, to the sound of the engine when the Weber carburettor opens the butterfly valve. Very impressive.
Conclusion
A vintage car that behaves like a car of its era and not like a modern car, therefore with all the limitations due to the lack of sophisticated electronic controls. It's suitable for everyone, it's free, with attention to detail and definitely superior to many paid cars.
