The most common zucchina trombetta (Cucurbita moschata Duch.) is made in albenga (Savona, Italy).
It is an annual herbaceous species, belongs to the Family of Cucurbitaceae and it is very similar to the traditional zucchini, but takes on a much longer and narrower shape and can reach up to 1 meter and a half in length.
It has flowers much larger than zucchini.
It is appreciated by gourmets for its tender and tasty pulp.
