John Lennon (1940 Liverpool - 1980 New York) one of the 4 Beatles, the most famous group of the '60s.
Composer, singer, guitarist.
In 1973 he moved from London to New York, where he continues to produce music, but he meets, during the following years, some politicized peoples who will create problems with the US government under the presidency of Richar NIxon.
After exhausting requests, he obtain in 1975 the Green Card that will allow him to remain permanently in the USA.
His political activism, his closeness to John Sinclair, a radical leftist and its dependence on the drug give rise to strong enmities.
He dies, returning to his luxurious Upper West Side apartment in Manhattan, at night in the street, gunned down by five gunshots by a seemingly insane 25-year-old man.
