In this study, urea was effective in correcting chronic hyponatremia among cancer patients with Syndrome of inappropriate antidiuresis (2).

The problem of detoxification of urban solid waste has been addressed with an effective treatment technology. It is possible to eliminate dioxin in  municipal solid waste incinerator ashes with the addition of urea, which represents a promising alternative to current methods (3).

The known characteristics of the Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV1) are, in general, lifelong latency and symptoms both during the first infection and after reactivation. The aim of the present study was to describe a protocol to generate a reliable and discriminative avidity index for anti-HSV1 IgG content in human sera (4).

Urea is safe and effective in fluid restriction-refractory hyponatraemia (5).

To effectively reduce formaldehyde levels in the dissection room and thus ensure the safety of students and educators, urea in the form of a spray comes from the authors of this study, considered an effective solution (6).

The role of urea in the concentration of urine is quite known, but the sodium balance on urea manipulation via urea transporters (UTs), UT-A1 and UT-A3 is described in this study (7).
