FIAT 500X  Stat&Stop error

This error appeared when the 500X reached 22,000 km and had passed its second service. Symptoms: it struggled to move forward, it was jerky, it didn't reach maximum revs, when I pressed the accelerator the speedometer reached 4,000 revs very slowly and above all the problem was evident when going uphill, so much so that I couldn't do steep climbs because the car stopped before the top. In fact, this error does not seem to directly affect the operation of the Star&Stop button, which is just the tip of the iceberg. The problem could, at least in my case, be traced back to dirty spark plugs and/or the coil that distributes the electricity. Today is Saturday and who knows why faults never appear on Monday... I'll take the car to the mechanic on Monday and see if my theory is confirmed.

Monday. The mechanic found the spark plugs were dirty and the coil needed to be replaced. Now the 500X runs perfectly. Good acceleration without hesitation.Total:250€ Is this a fair price?
