Exica - Mandorle sgusciate REVIEW
The package includes a tray derived from maize for which it is 100% compostable, i.e. biodegradable, while the cardboard band surrounding it is 100% recyclable and this is a very appreciable effort on the part of the manufacturer.
The almonds come from Italy and are chosen and packed directly by the producer, Exica srl, Grugliasco, in the district of Turin.
Some healthy news: sweet almond is rich in monounsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium, it can regulate glucose homeostasis, it is hypocholesterolemic, it has an antioxidant action and is an adjuvant for cardiovascular risks.
These are the healthy characteristics:
The almonds in this package are all homogeneous, have minimal signs of mechanical shelling, are crunchy and quite fresh.

The price is in line with the market prices of grocery stores and not supermarkets and is quite expensive as all dried fruit is quite expensive, but has a healthy return.
Conclusion: excellent product.
