Let's examine the main ingredients in order of decreasing quantity as indicated on the label and check their functions as these components will go to install themselves, at least temporarily, in our body.

Sodium Laureth Sulfate. SLES, is a chemical compound and belongs to a group of salts of sulfated ethoxylated alcohols. It is a surfactant that generates foam and is widely used in toothpastes, shampoos, liquid soaps. Since its solvent power is among the least aggressive on the skin, it is used in delicate soaps and shampoos. However it may cause irritation to the eyes if used in high quantities. As it is not mandatory to indicate the percentage or the quantity of chemical products on labels, it is however difficult to know how much Sodium Laureth sulfate is in the product.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine. It is an amphoteric zwitterionic chemical compound. It is a surfactant (removes dirt particles) of synthetic origin and is used in cosmetics and body wash products with an antimicrobial function. The CIR Panel concluded that because this ingredient does not exhibit significant toxicity, when formulated to be non-sensitizing (i.e., it can be based on a quantitative risk assessment), it is safe for use as a cosmetic ingredient in the use and concentration practices of this safety assessment. However, it should be remembered that repeated and prolonged use of surfactants may cause irritation and allergic contact dermatitis.

Glycerin. Trivalent alcohol, hygroscopic, also used in food as a stabilizing additive. In detergents, shampoos and other cosmetic products it is included in the formula with the purpose of moisturizing and softening the skin, preserving it from aging or roughness.

Various vegetable oils have been added among which the most interesting seems to be the

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil. It is a very useful component in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals and is used for face masks, to prevent stretch marks on the skin, to treat dry hair, to treat skin cracks and other interesting applications.

Tocopherol. Alpha tocopherol or, in nature, Vitamin E. It is a fundamental antioxidant and it can be produced with a synthesis process, that is by chemical way. In medicine it is an adjuvant to treat vascular diseases, as prevention for cellular diseases and for a correct functioning of the immune system.

La Niacinamide is a starch derived from vitamin B3, niacin. In cosmetics it is used to soften the skin, treat acne. Its antimicrobial properties have protective, sebostatic and itch relieving effects. It is usually well tolerated and is a safe product.

Of the other ingredients there are minimal amounts. At the bottom of the label, as usual in cosmetic products, colorants have been added whose characteristics you can easily check on Tiiips.

Conclusions

Neutromed Sensual & Oil is a reasonable product and is sold in supermarkets at a price below 2 euros. I prefer products that do not contain SLES, but I can say that Sodium Laureth Sulfate is an acceptable surfactant. On the other hand, the content of this package reflects the price.
