Basic oxazine dyes are obtained industrially from the nitrous compounds of aromatic amines condensed with m-amidophenols and performed in separate reactions.

Chemical Industrial Synthesis Process

• Preparation of reagents. The main raw materials include aniline derivatives, phosphoryl chloride, and phenolic compounds.
• Synthesis of intermediate. The production of CI 51319 begins with the reaction between an aniline derivative and a phenolic compound in the presence of phosphoryl chloride to form a key intermediate.

• Oxidation. The basic structure undergoes oxidation using an oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide to stabilize the oxazine structure and obtain the CI 51319 pigment.
• Purification. The crude CI 51319 product is purified using techniques such as crystallization, filtration, and chromatography to remove impurities and achieve a high-purity colorant.
• Stabilization. The purified CI 51319 is stabilized to ensure its stability during transportation and storage, preventing degradation and oxidation.
