Bolivia
Bolivia is a country located in the heart of South America, bordered by Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. It is a country with great geographical diversity, including the Andes mountains, the Andean plateau (Altiplano), and the plains of the Amazon basin. Bolivia has two capitals: La Paz, the seat of government and the administrative capital, situated high on the Altiplano, and Sucre, the constitutional capital and seat of the judiciary. Bolivian culture is a rich mosaic of indigenous influences, particularly those of the Quechua and Aymara peoples, mixed with Spanish colonial elements. Bolivia's economy is based on agriculture, mining (especially tin, silver, and lithium), natural gas, and oil. The country is known for the Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat, and Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake, shared with Peru. Bolivia is famous for its cultural traditions, colorful markets, religious festivals, and breathtaking landscapes. Despite economic and political challenges, Bolivia remains a country with a rich cultural heritage and extraordinary natural beauty.
