Review Lindt - MUFFIN AL CIOCCOLATO 

It is an excellent product, easy to prepare, very tasty and with good ingredients.

Ingredients: wheat flour, chocolate 28% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa powder, cocoa butter - Cocoa: 42% min.), chocolate chips 19% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavourings. Cocoa: 65% min.), sugar, potato starch, raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), flavourings, salt.

Add butter and milk not included in the packet.

The recipe is for 8 servings, which I think is a bit generous, but the muffins keep well in the fridge.

It is a preparation for a classic muffin and in itself has 386 calories, which would be low if one considers that 28% cocoa is present. However, butter has to be added in the preparation, only 50 grams, which is not a worrying amount, but which inevitably leads to an increase in calories, but also to a definite improvement in taste.

It takes about 20 minutes to complete and the preparation is within everyone's reach, very simple and it is quite difficult to make mistakes. You can read below.

Preparation Lindt chocolate muffin

Lindt suggests using skimmed milk, but I tried it with whole milk and the result turned out to be a good choice, the taste improved.

 I added thin lemon peel to the final confection.

The picture on the package will obviously not be the same as the finished product, but if you add on top crumbled chocolate at the end, the effect will be very inviting.

 Lindt Muffin al cioccolato

For 8 servings

Add: 60g milk

1 egg

50g butter

Preparation

Quick and easy, just add 60g milk, 1 egg and 50g butter for a cake like a true Maître Chocolatier

1. Pour the powder mixture into a bowl, add the egg, milk and softened butter

2. Mix with an electric mixer for about 1-2 minutes at medium speed

3. Add the chocolate chips

4. Stir with a spoon

5. Pour the mixture into the ramekins, filling them about 2/3 full.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 17/20 minutes - ventilated oven recommended
