Corn oil is used both as a food oil and as an industrial oil.
As with many oils, it can be placed on the market: natural, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated.
Health
Corn oil intake has no effect on hepatic fibrogenesis, in this study carried out on a comparison with the intake of lard (1).
