Microsoft Forza Horizon 4 is a simulation game that you buy online and is available in 3 versions:
Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition 64,99 €
Forza Horizon 4 Deluxe 89,99 €
Force Horizon 4 Ultimate 99,99 €
Since there isn't a complete manual, this is a manual for people who are starting out with video games, and since manuals are long and boring, I will try to be as short as possible.
The advantage of this game is the exceptional graphics so, before buying, check that your computer meets the minimum requirements such as CPU, RAM and graphics card, otherwise the game will proceed in low definition. Check here for System Requirements
After the online purchase Forza Horizon 4 is downloadable from the Microsoft Store website, but it's a very large file, from 40 to 75 Gb depending on the version. I had great difficulty downloading it and had to try at different times of the day. In addition, it accepted disk D but then the download was interrupted.
I suggest to install it on disk C (much better if it's SSD) and then eventually move it to disk D (START>Settings>APP>Click Force Horizon 4>Move). Space available must be at least 100 Gb.
The cars. Even if you buy Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate, you only get one car at the beginning and you have to earn the others with the points in these ways:
- traveling and constantly changing roads with the only car available
- participating in races and events (it is essential to assign the ACCEPT function to a button on the steering wheel or controller)
- partly by destroying road signs, walls and other things you find on the road
- discovering many of them by searching them either by car or by drone
- by passing all 4 seasons (but here is the game that will decide)
you can get a lot more later by looking for them either by car or by drone, but you'll have to buy the Treasure map ( paid on Microsoft Store for 2,99 € ) when you have enough points. On the web, however, you will find this map for free quite easily.
As soon as the game is installed, Forza horizon 4 will identify you with:
- gamertag is randomly assigned and can only be changed once for free, afterwards it is paid for. You can change it HERE and once the change is confirmed, the current gamertag will be available for other users.
- name chosen for the Microsoft account with which the characters in the game will interact with you, editable from the Language Select nella pagina principale del gioco.
The most disturbing issue I've encountered on Forza Horizon 4 is the steering wheel rotation, which is far removed from reality with the default setting. This adjustment is very subjective, but it is very obvious that the steering wheel does not behave like that of a real car. It seems that the controls, when turning the steering wheel, arrive late at the wheels. The real solution, i.e. that the steering wheel of this game behaves like the steering wheel of a real car, unfortunately does not exist, but the sensitivity can be improved.

and set these values
The steering wheel will have more sensitivity, especially in tight turns, which are the most frequently used, and the overall sensation will be that of driving a real car... or almost:))
