Hydrolyzed Oat Protein is a chemical compound, derived from oat (Gramineae family). Skin conditioning agent - Miscellaneous. This ingredient has the task of modifying the condition of the skin when it is damaged or dry by reducing its flakiness and restoring its elasticity.
