Insect Repellent. Cymbopogon Nardus Oil is known for its mosquito and insect-repelling properties and is frequently used in citronella candles, lotions, and sprays.

Cleaning Products. The oil is occasionally used in cleaning agents because of its fragrance and antibacterial properties.
